Philosophy

Nowadays, important values and abilities that can simplify interpersonal life often get less than their fair share. These values and abilities are key qualifications that cannot be found on a school diploma. However, they do say a lot about a person’s character and cover areas like the capacity for teamwork, resilience, stress management, esteem or competence for problem solving.

FREAC has set itself the goal to accompany groups or individuals in training situations, outdoor exercises and similar processes, where they are promoted in these areas. Through playful and active involvement during these processes, the participants have the possibility to work on their qualifications.
